Start Times
Parade starts at 10 AM:
-Parade participants must arrive by what the Comite Civico emailed you.
-Parade attendees are recommended to arrive early to get their viewing spot on Cesar Chavez Ave. It will be sunny, don't forget to bring sunblock, hats, and shades.
Festival starts at 11 AM:
